🧠 Mental Health & Psychosocial Support (Online Clinic)

At Health Appeal Society, we believe that mental health is an essential part of overall wellbeing. The Online Mental Health Clinic was launched as a lifeline during the COVID-19 pandemic and continues today as a safe, confidential, and accessible space for anyone in need of psychological support across Jordan.

Through a dedicated team of mental health professionals, psychiatrists, and trained counsellors, the clinic provides free consultations, emotional support, and follow-up care for individuals and families affected by stress, trauma, or crisis.

💬 What We Offer

  • Online Mental Health Consultations — private sessions conducted through secure phone and video platforms.

  • Psychosocial Support — for those facing anxiety, loss, or emotional distress related to COVID-19 and other life challenges.

  • Post-COVID Rehabilitation Support — helping survivors and families adjust emotionally after illness.

  • Psychiatric First Aid Training — empowering volunteers, teachers, and community leaders to identify and respond to early signs of distress.

  • Awareness Sessions & Campaigns — raising understanding of mental health, stigma reduction, and coping strategies through webinars and CBO partnerships.

🌍 Impact Across Jordan

Operating through a dedicated hotline and virtual clinic, the service has reached beneficiaries in all governorates, including remote areas. The program has provided support to hundreds of individuals and families who would otherwise face barriers to mental health care — reaffirming Health Appeal Society’s belief that healing begins with compassion and connection.

Our Commitment

By integrating mental health into community health programs, Health Appeal continues to strengthen resilience, promote emotional wellbeing, and ensure that no one faces their struggles alone.
